Role Description

The HRGA Specialist supports the day-to-day Human Resources and General Affairs functions of the NG entity, ensuring that people operations and office activities run smoothly. On the HR side, the role handles employee benefits and insurance claims administration, BPJS Kesehatan membership management, recruitment coordination, and support for employee activities and HR documentation. On the General Affairs side, the role oversees office logistics and supplies, supervises support staff, and coordinates arrangements for company events and internal activities — including preparing visa arrangements, providing vehicle/transportation support, handling guest and visitor needs, managing activity logistics, and preparing departmental presentation materials. The position reports to the HR & People-Culture Manager and requires strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to multitask across both functions.

Qualifications

  • Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong Human Resources and HR Management skills, including experience supporting HR operations and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and local labor regulations (including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan), with the ability to help implement and communicate guidelines clearly.
  • Experience in employee benefits and insurance claims administration and related documentation.
  • Personnel management skills, including maintaining employee records and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Familiarity with General Affairs and general office operations, including managing supplies, vendors, and support staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail, accuracy, and reliable follow-through.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, and to multitask across HR and GA functions.
  • Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software and standard office productivity tools (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling employee data.
  • Prior experience in a social enterprise, NGO, or impact-focused organization is an advantage.
