Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager HRGA, located in Tangerang, Indonesia. The Manager HRGA will be responsible for overseeing human resources operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies. Daily tasks include managing performance appraisals, handling employee concerns, developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, and keeping up-to-date with labor regulations. The Manager HRGA will also be involved in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology/relevant major.
- 3 years experience as HR & GA Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good leadership skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work in Benda - Tangerang area
- Willing to work Monday - Saturday (Half day)
Job Description:
- Analyse the need for new employee requests and find candidates who meet the required specifications from various sources effectively and efficiently.
- Evaluate employees who are about to pass the probationary period and expire the contract.
- Responsible for managing and developing HR&GA.
- Create and maintain an effective and efficient HR system.
- Responsible for the recruitment process to employee placement.
- Development, analysis and update of the company's salary budget policy.
- Management of the company's operational standards and all HR related procedures.
- Recommend new policies, new approaches, and new procedures aimed at developing the company.
- Manage the fulfilment of the company's legal aspects, review of business contracts and all necessary permits.
