As a HR Administrator, you will be part of our supporting function to ensure the HR-related process can serve our employees properly. This role is full-time and requires you to work at our office.

Job Description:

  1. Manage all aspects of employee administration, including payroll, leave management, employee benefits, and overtime with high accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Ensuring that all employee data is managed in the HR information system with optimal security and confidentiality.
  3. Assist the recruitment process, from scheduling to handling administrative matters related to recruitment.
  4. Ensure that all HR practices comply with labor laws, occupational safety regulations, and high professional ethics.
  5. Coordinating with General Affairs regarding the fulfillment of needs for new employees.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
  2. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply, or individuals with a maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly.
  5. Competency in preparing clear and systematic technical and administrative reports.
