As a HR Administrator, you will be part of our supporting function to ensure the HR-related process can serve our employees properly. This role is full-time and requires you to work at our office.
Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of employee administration, including payroll, leave management, employee benefits, and overtime with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensuring that all employee data is managed in the HR information system with optimal security and confidentiality.
- Assist the recruitment process, from scheduling to handling administrative matters related to recruitment.
- Ensure that all HR practices comply with labor laws, occupational safety regulations, and high professional ethics.
- Coordinating with General Affairs regarding the fulfillment of needs for new employees.
Requirements:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply, or individuals with a maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly.
- Competency in preparing clear and systematic technical and administrative reports.
