HR Associate Intern:

Fresh graduate from Psychology, Law, or HR Management

Interested with Event, Tourism, Beauty, Lifestyle, and Entertainment Industry

Internship 6 month Program - Paid, WF-Hybrid (Office: Setiabudi - Jakarta Selatan)

Conduct end to end hiring process.

Organize and maintain personnel records and internal databases

Prepare HR documents.

Liaise with external partners, for hiring or vendors.

Create regular reports on HR metrics (e.g. Team Review, Task, OKR/KPI)

Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
