ROMAJU is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Legal to join our team. We are especially seeking candidates with a strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations to help ensure compliance and foster a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and support on employment-related matters, including contracts, terminations, and workplace disputes.
- Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and development programs.
- Handle general affairs tasks such as office management, procurement, and asset management.
- Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in HRIS and office management software is an advantage.
