Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee administration, payroll, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Act as a strategic partner and liaison between employees, consultants, and management in resolving employee relations matters.
  • Lead, supervise, and support the HR team in delivering key initiatives and responsibilities.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational growth.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and external vendors to ensure effective implementation of HR policies, insurance, HRIS, and other services.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance evaluation, and training programs to enhance workforce capability and organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and achievements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 57 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, government regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in payroll management, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
