Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law/Psychology/Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Capital / Human Resources, preferably in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
Proficiency in Ms. Office, recruitment, contract management, HRIS, analytical thinking and communication skills.

Handle end to end recruitment process.
Maintain employee database, contract management, and data administration in accordance company policies.
Ensure employee compliance with standard regulations.
Provide administrative support for the team including training & people development, recruitment, business travel, and report.
Assist Human Capital Head to integrating Human Capital initiatives to enhance employee productivity.
