Human Capital Manager (Kupang)

About the Role

Lead our HC function end to end and partner with business leaders to turn people strategy into results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, BPJS, C&B, performance, L&D, and offboarding
• Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, and HRIS
• Manage industrial and employee relations in compliance with Indonesian labor law
• Act as a strategic HCBP to leadership on org design, manpower planning, talent, and change management
• Coach managers on people management and team performance
• Drive engagement, culture, and data-driven HR reporting
• Lead and develop the HC team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Law, or related field
• Minimum [7-15] years of HR experience, including [3-5] years in a managerial role
• Experience in both HR operations and business partnering
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan, Cipta Kerja, BPJS, PPh 21)
• Strong business acumen, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Analytical, high integrity, and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Full WFO in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara
