Create a training program including a list of participants and budgets
Prepare technical and non-technical training programs as well as the On Job Training program including training materials, participants, upgrading, time, and place of training
Analyze, design, and develop training materials, program, and curriculum to increase employee's productivity
Review and evaluate the output of training materials
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Management / Human Resources, Master degree will be an advantage. Min GPA 3.00
Minimum 1 years experience in Learning & Development Area. Prior experience in Healthcare Industry is a plus.
Possess in using Ms. Excel & interest in data analytic.
Strong Communication & Presentation Skill in written and speaking both in English & Bahasa
Able to Use Design / Video Editing Tools, Learning Management System (LMS), Vmix or other digital training tools
Self Motivated and eager to learn & try different role within Human Capital Area
