Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HC Generalist Intern to join our Human Capital & General Affairs team. This is a hands-on internship program designed to give you real exposure across all HC functions over a 3-month period.

You will work closely with the HCGA team and gain experience across Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relations, and HC Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job vacancies across multiple job portals
  • Conduct initial CV screening based on defined qualifications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system
  • Support onboarding preparation for new hires
  • Support the creation of employer branding content for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Document internal activities, team milestones, and culture moments
  • Monitor content performance and compile basic engagement reports
  • Assist in coordinating training logistics including venue, materials, and attendance
  • Distribute and compile results from pre-test and post-test assessments
  • Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) data collection and updating
  • Support attendance and overtime data compilation for payroll purposes
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities such as town halls and team events
  • Support offboarding and exit interview documentation
  • Help produce internal HR communications and newsletters
  • Assist with employment contract administration and filing
  • Support day-to-day operational needs of the HC department

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Capital or HR
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
