Job Summary

The Human Capital Information Systems (HCIS) Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining employee data within the HCIS environment to ensure accurate, centralized, and well-structured workforce information. This role oversees employee lifecycle administration including onboarding data, contract management, and employee exit processes while supporting system optimization and data governance across Human Capital operations.

Job Description

  1. Maintain and update employee records within the HCIS system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  2. Manage employee lifecycle administration including onboarding data entry, status changes, promotions, and employee exit processes.
  3. Monitor employee contract periods and coordinate contract evaluation processes with related departments.
  4. Prepare and administer employment agreements (PKWT) and ensure proper documentation and system updates.
  5. Support HCIS operations by monitoring system functionality, user access, and data integrity.
  6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding employee data and system requirements.
  7. Liaise with HCIS vendors to resolve system issues and support system enhancements.
  8. Participate in HCIS improvement initiatives and Human Capital operational projects.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 46 years of experience in HC Operations, HCIS administration, or HC data management.
  3. Hands-on experience in HCIS Sunfish system administration.
  4. Experience in implementing or supporting the implementation of strategic modules in Sunfish.
  5. Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HC database governance.
  6. Ability to perform HC data analytics and translate insights into recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  7. High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and documentation skills.
  8. Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively across HC, IT, and other business functions.
