Human Capital General Manager (Hospital)

This position will be placed for one of our business of PT Paramount Enterprise International.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Human Capital General Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources within our hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and challenges.
• Monitor HR metrics and report on workforce trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a hospital.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
