The Human Capital Director will lead and manage the full Human Capital function across the organization, covering the entire HR spectrum. This role acts as a strategic partner to top management, ensuring people strategies are aligned with business goals, culture, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute company-wide Human Capital strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the full HR spectrum: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Operations
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and governance standards
- Champion company culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 12 years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing end-to-end HR functions
- Strong strategic mindset, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
