Job Description

The Human Capital Director will lead and manage the full Human Capital function across the organization, covering the entire HR spectrum. This role acts as a strategic partner to top management, ensuring people strategies are aligned with business goals, culture, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute company-wide Human Capital strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee the full HR spectrum: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Operations
  • Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and governance standards
  • Champion company culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 12 years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end HR functions
  • Strong strategic mindset, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
