Job Description

Position Overview

HC Data & System is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Human Capital data, systems, and reporting to support effective people-related decision-making across the organization, with a primary focus on recruitment operations and talent acquisition data. This role ensures data accuracy and integrity, develops meaningful reports and dashboards, and supports the continuous improvement of HC systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain HC databases, including recruitment data, employee records, talent pipelines, and organizational data.
  • Generate and analyze HC reports and dashboards, such as recruitment pipeline status, headcount reports, turnover analysis, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular validation, cleansing, and standardization processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize HC systems, including ATS, HRIS, and internal databases.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support recruitment and HC decision-making.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and HC teams to improve reporting processes, system utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Support HC system implementation, enhancement, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and candidate data in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HC Data & Reporting, Recruitment Operations, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, or Database Management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or ATS platforms such as Talenta, SAP, Workday, Oracle, or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential employee and organizational data.
  • Experience in recruitment analytics, HR system implementation, or process automation will be an advantage.
