Job Description:

- Review and analyzing jobs, organization structure and productivity.

- Determines employee benefits practices by benchmarking best practices; researching industry and employment trends; tracking legislation and estimating impact.

- Recommends employee benefit programs by examining, evaluating, and optimizing employee understanding, acceptance, and interests, costs, regulatory requirements, and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Engineering.

- Excellence in calculations/mathematics

- Excellence at handle and maintain professional relationship

- Data Analyzing using Microsoft Excel

- Experienced at Data Processing & Reporting

- Detail Oriented
