Human Capital & Compliance Manager

Role

HC & Compliance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Semarang. This position oversees Human capital (HC) functions and leads compliance activities. Daily responsibilities include preparing reports, advising leadership on HC and compliance risks, collaborating with top management and other departments on policy enforcement, and maintaining accurate documentation for inspections and certifications.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law/Management, (Master Degree in Organization and industrial Psychology is a plus).
2. Strong skills in Human Capital management and execution. with minimum 5 year experience in related position.
3. Proficiency in compliance management, with experience interpreting and applying labor laws, internal policies, and relevant regulatory standards.
4. Capability in handling people development program.
5. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to management for decision-making and continuous improvement.
6. Experience conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and follow-up actions to maintain compliance and support ISO or similar certifications.
7. Proficiency with HCMS/HRIS or HC-related systems and basic office software .
8. Prior experience in a managerial HC or compliance role, preferably within financial services or technology-focused organizations.
9. Work on-site in Semarang.
