1. Membantu berjalannya proses end to end rekrutmen 2. Membangun hubungan baik dengan karyawan 3. Membuat poster lowongan kerja dan melakuka job posting di beberapa Job Portal 4. Mengelola akun media sosial instagram rekrutmen PT. BFI Finance 5. Melakukan dokumentasi event yang akan berlangsung 6. Membantu monitoring training karyawan 7. Membantu membuat perjanjian kerja karyawan

Requirements

Minimal lulusan S1 Manajemen SDM, Psikologi, dan Hukum
Maksimal usia 25 tahun (single)
Fresh graduate/sudah pernah bekerja
Mahir menggunakan microsoft excel
Bersedia dengan status MAGANG
