Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
10 years of experience in HSE roles within the offshore oil and gas industry, with specific experience in topside projects
Extensive experience with HSE planning, assurance, and managing safety operations, HSE audits, inspections, and surveillance activities on project sites
Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE management systems in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
Experience with SIMOPS procedures and the ability to manage simultaneous operations safely
Experience with risk assessment and management techniques
Experienced with HSE management systems to ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards
Experience manage SIMOPS activities to ensure safe and efficient operations
