At Myooz, systems are not back-end mechanics; they are the architecture that makes growth possible. We're looking for a HubSpot Specialist who understands that clarity, structure, and precision are the foundation of meaningful marketing and sales performance.
You will design and optimize HubSpot environments across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub building automations, data structures, segmentation, reporting, and integrations that give teams the visibility and efficiency they need to scale. This role blends technical execution with structured thinking: translating complexity into clean, reliable systems that move leads, conversations, and revenue forward.
You will work across industries and global teams, supporting both new implementations and ongoing optimization work. The work is detailed. The standards are high. The impact is measurable.
Responsibilities
System Architecture & Automation
* Design custom properties, objects, funnel structures, lifecycle stages, and user permissions to support marketing and sales workflows.
* Build automation workflows, email nurtures, sequences, and follow-up systems that reduce manual effort and improve conversion.
* Configure domains, brand settings, compliance rules, and platform foundations.
Campaign & Asset Development
* Build landing pages, forms, emails, blogs, and campaign assets using HubSpot's tools, ensuring brand consistency and scalability.
* Migrate templates, automations, lists, and collateral from previous systems when onboarding new clients.
Segmentation, Reporting & Insights
* Create lead scoring models, active/static lists, and dynamic segmentation for personalized experiences.
* Build dashboards, attribution models, and reports that provide clarity on performance and pipeline health.
Integration & Data Management
* Connect HubSpot with ad platforms, analytics tools, CRMs, proposal systems, and third-party apps.
* Document data flows, API requirements, and integration maps for technical teams.
* Manage clean data migration for contacts, companies, deals, properties, and activities.
Onboarding, Enablement & Continuous Optimization
* Lead internal discovery, map requirements, and plan implementation phases for new clients.
* Provide training, documentation, and best-practice guidance to ensure adoption.
* Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
Requirements
* 23+ years experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or both).
* Strong understanding of workflows, segmentation, lifecycle automation, CRM architecture, and data management.
* Comfortable with multi-touch attribution, dashboard creation, and performance reporting.
* Experience with integrations, APIs, migrations, and syncing tools.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
* HubSpot certifications preferred.
