Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all warehouse operational activities, including inbound, outbound, inventory and return
- Arrange daily operator work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure team performance meets operational targets and SLAs
- Conduct daily control of stock data accuracy (WMS vs physical), and handle cases of mismatches, damaged, or missing items
- Responsible for achieving operational KPIs such as SLA compliance, stock accuracy, and team productivity.
- Perform process quality checks and ensure all activities comply with SOPs, safety standards, and the 5S principles
- Coordinate with courier teams, admin, customer service, and head office (HO) teams to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports related to inbound, outbound, aging, and manpower performance status
Requirements
- Minimum education level: High School/Vocational School (preferably Diploma/Bachelors degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or operations management)
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing warehouse/logistics operations as a leader, supervisor, or core team member
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, storage, returns, and inventory control
- Familiar with using WMS systems, scanners, and other basic operational tools
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work toward operational targets
