Job Description

  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and infrastructure to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Monitor ongoing renovation projects to ensure alignment with design, scope of work, and timeline
  • Ensure materials and workmanship meet the specified standards and requirements
  • Prepare inspection reports, QC checklists, and progress records
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to address issues during the renovation process

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil / Electro / Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Fresh Graduate willing to apply
  • Good understanding of construction methods, MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and building materials
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
