Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations and company standards.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor implementation of HSE procedures at site level.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Deliver HSE training, induction, and awareness programs to employees and contractors.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation and reports (e.g., inspection reports, incident reports, KPI tracking).
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding HSE matters.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
- Support emergency response preparedness and drills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and environmental performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE, preferably in logistics.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AK3U / equivalent) are preferred.
