Role Description The HSE Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bandung. This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies across the facility, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workplace inspections, identifying hazards, maintaining safety documentation, and supporting risk assessments. The HSE Staff will organize and deliver safety training, coordinate incident reporting and investigations, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves collaborating with production, maintenance, and management teams to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Health & Safety skills, with practical experience in implementing safety programs in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Candidates should possess Environmental Awareness skills, including understanding of environmental regulations, waste management practices, and resource conservation in an industrial context.
Candidates should possess Occupational Health skills, with the ability to identify workplace health risks, support ergonomics initiatives, and contribute to employee wellbeing programs.
Candidates should possess Training skills, including the ability to design, deliver, and evaluate HSE training sessions for diverse employee groups.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of local HSE regulations and standards, incident investigation methods, and risk assessment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
Attention to detail, good documentation and reporting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
