Job Description
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on contractor management and performance assurance.
- Experience in offshore operations,
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) or equivalent are mandatory.
- Experience with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with developing and implementing HSE management systems and processes.
- Experience in conducting HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Experienced with analyze HSE performance data and generate comprehensive reports.
- Experience with contractor management processes, including pre-qualification, performance monitoring, and evaluation
