Monitor and evaluate environmental performance, including wastewater treatment, air emissions, hazardous waste management (B3), and preparation of RKL-RPL reports to ensure proper control and compliance
Ensure full compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, and all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations by conducting regular reviews
Support the implementation of HIRA and risk assessments, lead incident investigations, manage near-miss reporting, and ensure timely execution of corrective and preventive actions
Supervise fire protection systems, emergency response preparedness, and implementation of safety permit systems (e.g., LOTO, hot work, confined space entry, working at heights) to maintain a safe working environment
Coordinate occupational health programs, including medical check-ups (MCU), industrial hygiene monitoring, and health awareness sessions or toolbox talks
Prepare comprehensive HSE reports, maintain proper documentation (SOPs, procedures, records), manage permit renewals/extensions, and handle regulatory reporting and submissions
Conduct HSE training sessions and actively promote safety culture and awareness across all levels of the organization
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability programs to enhance overall HSE performance and operational excellence
