HSE Coordinator Area - SPX Express (Kab. Lombok Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat)

Job description:

• Daily facility inspection and assessment including 5S implementation
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of the working environment, plant and systems
• Handle maintenance of safe access, egress to the workplace, and storage of dangerous substances.
• Adequate training of warehouse team to ensure health and safety include 5S and emergency drill
• Review arrangements and controls intended to prevent the risk of electrocution from portable or fixed electrical appliances and/or systems
• Daily fleet inspection and assessment
• Perform road accident investigation & reporting
• In charge for defensive driving training & safety riding for SPX driver and rider
• Arrange Safety Journey Management (route assessment)
• Conduct Daily Safety Briefing for All Drivers
• Monitoring driver qualification and selection process

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Health, Safety, and Environment or Electrical Engineering or any related field
• 1 years of experience as HSE in Logistics or Trucking Company
• Have basic fire fighting certificate
• Certified Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) from Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration
• Expert with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet formula and Google Slides)
• Familiar with Warehouse Safety Management System & 5S Implementation
• Familiar with Traffic Accident Report
• Willing to be placed in Kab. Lombok Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat
