Job Summary**
The HS Coordinator at PT Santosa Agrindo is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of health and safety programs to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Job Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Assist in the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for employees, covering topics such as hazard identification, emergency procedures, and safe work practices.
- Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents, training, inspections, and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor compliance with company health and safety policies, procedures, and national regulations.
- Support the implementation of risk assessments and develop control measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Assist in the preparation of health and safety reports for management.
- Promote a positive safety culture within the organization through effective communication and engagement.
- Coordinate with external agencies and regulatory bodies as required.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably within an industrial or agricultural setting.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian health and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions and audits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Certified in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., AK3 Umum) is highly desirable.
