Job Overview:
Manages complex HRIS configurations, system maintenance, and data integrity across multiple entities, including new setups, organizational changes, and large-scale personnel data updates. This role provides advanced technical support during payroll and attendance cycles, develops and maintains secure data integrations with IT systems, and works closely with vendors to resolve issues and implement system enhancements. It also ensures accurate implementation of payroll logic, tax, and BPJS requirements, while delivering high-level troubleshooting support in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage system configurations for new company setups, organization structures, and complex personnel movements within the HRIS platform.
- Supervise and provide high-level technical assistance during tight monthly operational windows for Attendance and Payroll.
- Act as the technical hands-on engineer for updates, formula modifications, and new feature testing related to payroll components, benefit claims, and changing labour regulations.
- Perform routine system maintenance, data audits, and database troubleshooting to ensure absolute data hygiene across all active entities.
- Develop and maintain data integration pipelines between the HRIS and the IT department's infrastructure, ensuring data security and seamless exchange.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact with the HRIS Vendor for escalating system bugs, tracking patches, and reviewing technical customizations.
- Deliver advanced, solution-oriented first-level technical support for complex issues escalated by HO employees and Site HR teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a strictly technical equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in technical HRIS support or implementation, with at least 1–2 years in a Senior Engineer or Supervisor capacity.
- Experience with SQL, web services, API gateways, and Linux (Ubuntu and OpenSUSE)
- Strong hands-on experience handling complex multi-entity environments with thousands of employee databases (experience in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry is preferred).
- Deep technical command over HRIS modules, database schemas, and workflows (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits). Strong familiarity with RanHR is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and advanced analytical tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, or other data query languages).
- Solid understanding of the technical logic behind Indonesian payroll formulas, PPh 21, and BPJS compliance implementation in a database environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to working closely under pressure during critical payroll cycles.
