Job Description

We are a wellestablished multinational FMCG company with a strong presence in Indonesia, committed to delivering highquality snacking products and creating meaningful value for consumers.

We are looking for a strategic HRIS & Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead our people data, systems, and rewards framework. This role ensures data integrity, drives system improvements, and supports business decisions through strong analytics and compensation insights.

Responsibilities :

HRIS & Data Management

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data from hire to exit.
  • Maintain and improve HRIS data quality, including job and personal information.
  • Conduct regular audits and resolve system/data issues.
  • Reconcile HRIS data with payroll to ensure alignment and compliance.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Conduct job evaluations and support job architecture.
  • Manage salary modeling, internal equity checks, and market benchmarking.
  • Lead participation in salary surveys and support personnel cost budgeting.
  • Provide insights to guide compensation & benefits decisions.

HR System Ownership

  • Manage local & global HR systems and ensure compliance with corporate and regional standards.
  • Provide user support, training, and follow-up on system issues.
  • Develop and update HRIS policies and governance.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Produce monthly and ad-hoc HR dashboards and reports.
  • Convert HR data into insights for leadership and strategic planning.

Collaboration & Payroll

  • Act as the key liaison among HRIS, C&B, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance, and HR teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes and support payroll operations.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of handson experience in HR systems and database management; experience in payroll administration is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex HR and system data.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP HR, SunFish, Proint, Workday, or similar systems).
  • Effective crossfunctional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and demonstrates a strong cando attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
