Job Description

Job Overview:

Leads and supports the HRIS team in ensuring accurate, secure, and well-maintained HR data across multiple entities. This role oversees system configuration for new companies, manages payroll and attendance cycles, coordinates with IT and external vendors for integrations and improvements, and ensures compliance with labor regulations and statutory requirements. The position also provides hands-on support to HR stakeholders while driving system efficiency and data integrity in a multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the HRIS team, strategically allocating workloads during critical operational cycles.
  • Ensure absolute data integrity and database hygiene across 38 active entities, including routine organizational structure changes and daily personnel movements.
  • Act as the primary anchor for setting up the system configuration whenever a new company or entity is established.
  • Coordinate and supervise the team's support schedule during critical monthly windows for Attendance and payroll.
  • Serve as the main gatekeeper for integration with the IT department regarding all personnel-related data exchanges and system security.
  • Act as a Business Consultant for the HRIS Vendor to drive troubleshooting, system upgrades, and customizations based on business needs.
  • Guarantee responsive and solution-oriented first-level support for all HO employees and Site HR teams.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HRIS operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
  • Proven experience managing HRIS in a large-scale, multi-entity environment—ideally within the mining, manufacturing, or heavy conglomerate industries.
  • Comprehensive mastery of HRIS architectures and modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefit Claims). Experience with RanHR is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, PPh 21 tax calculations, BPJS compliance, and how they translate into system logic.
  • High proficiency in data manipulation and analytics using advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align expectations between Site operations, HO corporate management, IT, and external vendors.
