As an HRIS & Admin Team, you will be responsible for leading HR administration operations by managing employee lifecycle processes, HRIS and personnel data governance, BPJS and leave administration, and continuous process improvements to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
What will you do
- Lead and oversee end-to-end HR administration processes, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data within the HRIS and maintain up-to-date personnel records.
- Manage and supervise HR Administration Operations and Travel Administration teams to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
- Oversee BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, including employee registration, reporting, claims processing, and coordination with relevant government institutions.
- Manage leave administration within the HRIS, ensuring policy alignment and accurate implementation of annual, sick, special, and other leave types.
- Handle overtime administration for operational employees, including data reconciliation, calculation validation, and payroll submission support.
- Prepare, review, and issue employee-related documents such as promotion letters, employment confirmations, reference letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition, People Partner, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and IT teams, to support HR operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to HRIS functionality, process automation, data governance, and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, data privacy standards, and proper documentation management across digital and physical records.
What are we looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, HRIS, or People Operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding processes.
- Hands-on experience managing HRIS platforms, employee data management, and HR process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and other statutory HR compliance requirements.
- Understanding of payroll administration processes, including attendance, leave management, and overtime administration.
- Proven experience in leading and developing HR Administration or HR Operations teams.
- Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and HR reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational excellence.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, logistics, or multi-site operations environments is an advantage.
