HRGA Supervisor

This is a contract position for an HRGA Supervisor based on-site at our Cilandak, Indonesia office. The HRGA Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing human resources and general affair functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. The role also includes managing administrative tasks, company assets, office facilities, and ensuring that operational processes align with company policies.

• Strong expertise in human resource management, including recruitment, talent acquisition, and performance appraisal processes.
• Experience in overseeing general affairs, such as managing office facilities, company assets, and administrative operations.
• Proficiency in compliance with labor laws and company regulations, including employee relations and strategic HR planning.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to lead teams effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the use of HR software and office management tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role in HR or General Affairs is highly desirable.
