Site-based | Roster System

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Human Resources and General Affairs activities to support geothermal and nickel project development.
• Manage HR and General Affairs activities at site, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and industrial relations.
• Manage HRGA team members and ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Oversee site administration, camp management, accommodation, transportation, and facility support services.
• Act as a liaison between site operations and Head Office for HRGA-related matters.
• Support the establishment of HRGA functions, policies, procedures, and site support systems for new project development.
• Develop and implement HR programs to support workforce planning during project development and construction stages.
• Support manpower mobilization and workforce readiness for project activities.
• Ensure effective communication, employee engagement, and community relations at site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HRGA roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and site-based HR operations.
• Proven experience in handling HR & GA functions in remote project sites.
• Proven experience in establishing HRGA functions and site support services for new projects or greenfield operations.
• Experience supporting project development, construction, commissioning, or operational readiness phases will be an advantage.
• Experience supporting geothermal and/or nickel projects will be highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on a roster system in Sulawesi.
