Job Requirement

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) Psychology, & any major.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (internship experience is a plus).
  3. Female candidates are preferred.
  4. Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and good organization.
  5. Comfortable working with data, documents, and administrative processes.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Google Workspace.
  7. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  8. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  9. Disciplined, responsible, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.

Job Description

  • Manage office operational administration in an orderly and well-organized manner (GA Documents,, etc)
  • Manage and monitor office inventory, including stationery, assets, and office equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors related to office operational needs (maintenance, logistics, etc.).
  • Support office facilities readiness to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Record General Affairs operational expenses and prepare simple reports.
  • Support internal company activities such as meetings, training sessions, and internal events.
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to General Affairs.
  • Manage and archive employee data and personnel documents.
  • Support administrative processes for new employee onboarding & other HR administrative tasks as needed
