HRGA Senior Supervisor

Looking for HRGA Sr. Supervisor for company with nature of business at building material (wood) distributor with a placement in Jakarta Utara

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead workforce planning and headcount management across all departments to ensure optimal staffing levels aligned with business objectives and operational requirements
2. Oversee manpower planning, employee movement, job rotations, and organizational workforce allocation to support business growth and operational efficiency
3. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including employment contract administration, contract compliance monitoring, and workforce retention initiatives.
4. Develop and execute Training & Development programs by identifying organizational competency gaps and implementing effective learning strategies.
5. Drive performance management processes, including performance appraisals, coaching, employee evaluations, and talent development initiatives.
6. Design and implement organizational development programs to enhance employee capability, productivity, engagement, and overall workforce effectiveness.
7. Manage compensation, benefits, employee welfare, overtime administration, and remuneration programs in accordance with company policies and budget guidelines.
8. Establish, evaluate, and continuously improve HR systems, policies, procedures, and departmental budgets to achieve operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainable productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Organizational Development, including organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management
• Proven experience in developing and implementing performance management, competency frameworks, leadership development, and employee engagement programs
• Willing to be proceed & placement in Jakarta Utara with 6 days of working
