Job Description
Company Overview
• Our client is establishing a new Service Parts Sales Subsidiary in Indonesia.
• The company will be responsible for sales, distribution, and logistics operations of the company service parts across Indonesia.
• The organization is expected to consist of approximately 30 employees.
• The workplace is located in Cikarang, Indonesia.
Position Overview
• Lead all Human Resources and General Affairs functions for a newly established our client sales subsidiary and support organizational stabilization during the start-up phase.
• Act as the primary HR business partner for local management and HQ, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive HR & GA experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in HR policy development, organizational setup, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and labor compliance within a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience in Korean companies and the automotive, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting business start-up, organizational setup, or transformation projects is preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Korean language communication skills are highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and training.
• Establish HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations for the new entity.
• Develop workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and personnel administration.
2. Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
• Manage employee relations and labor law compliance.
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievance processes, and employment-related issues.
• Monitor labor law developments and implement necessary actions.
3. Compensation & Benefits
• Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits programs.
• Manage BPJS, private medical insurance, and employee welfare programs.
• Support salary benchmarking, annual compensation reviews, and HR budget management.
4. General Affairs & Administration
• Manage office administration, facilities, company assets, and vendor contracts.
• Support expatriate administration, business travel, HQ visitors, and company events.
5. Safety, Compliance & External Relations
• Coordinate workplace safety programs and compliance activities.
• Liaise with government authorities, external institutions, and service providers.
• Support licensing, audits, reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.
