Duties as the HRGA Manager will include:
- Design and conduct development training including performance management and training initiatives.
- Manage personnel administration, absenteeism, leave, and national health issues.
- Oversee HR documentation, letters, and HRIS training for staff.
- Manage Performance Appraisal system.
- Maintain updated employee data for health insurance and government regulations.
- Ensure legal compliance with HR policies and governmental labor laws.
- Oversee security, canteen, in-house clinic, and cleaning service quality according to company standards.
- Participate in company-wide activities such as 5-S, Gemba, and Gatherings.
As the successful candidate, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Psychology.
- 7+ years of experience as HR especially in manufacturing industry.
- Experienced in handling union and internship programs.
- Possess a profound understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
- Experienced in managing affairs related to the Employee Department (Depnaker) and BPJS.
- Possesses expertise in developing Collective Labor Agreements (PKB).
