Are you a strategic HR professional with a passion for fostering excellence We're inviting an energetic and experienced HRGA Manager to be a pivotal part of our thriving team!

Duties as the HRGA Manager will include:

  • Design and conduct development training including performance management and training initiatives.
  • Manage personnel administration, absenteeism, leave, and national health issues.
  • Oversee HR documentation, letters, and HRIS training for staff.
  • Manage Performance Appraisal system.
  • Maintain updated employee data for health insurance and government regulations.
  • Ensure legal compliance with HR policies and governmental labor laws.
  • Oversee security, canteen, in-house clinic, and cleaning service quality according to company standards.
  • Participate in company-wide activities such as 5-S, Gemba, and Gatherings.

As the successful candidate, you should have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Psychology.
  • 7+ years of experience as HR especially in manufacturing industry.
  • Experienced in handling union and internship programs.
  • Possess a profound understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
  • Experienced in managing affairs related to the Employee Department (Depnaker) and BPJS.
  • Possesses expertise in developing Collective Labor Agreements (PKB).
