Role Description

The HRGA Manager will oversee human resource operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and leading performance management initiatives. The role will also encompass administrative tasks related to general affairs to ensure smooth operations of the organization. This is a contract, full-time on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, requiring strong leadership and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop manpower planning strategies
• Approve hiring requests and manage manpower budgeting
• Develop and manage salary structures and benefits programs
• Oversee payroll processes and tax compliance
• Develop KPI frameworks and performance review systems
• Develop short-term and long-term HR strategies
• Act as a strategic business partner to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 23 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Experience in payroll, tax compliance, and employee benefits management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to join ASAP and WFO in Blok M
