Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue employment certificates (e.g., paklaring).
  • Monitor stock levels and manage office supplies, including pantry items, stationery, and medical supplies.
  • Process purchase requests and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payment.
  • Coordinate with office support staff to ensure office cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Assist in calculating and processing intern salary payments.
  • Support general HRGA administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students majoring in Psychology, Management, or a related field
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication & administrative skills
  • Able to use Google Docs and Google Spreadsheet
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage
