Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Supporting HRGA in crafting recruitment, training, and onboarding strategy.
  • Manage HR data, create dashboards, and provide insights.
  • Track SP productivity, manage calendars, and leave records
  • Validate and analyze SP order cancellations.
  • Coordinate disciplinary actions with HRGA PIC.
  • Support stock management and tools procurement.
  • Assist in performance management projects.
  • Provide operational support for Pinhome Home Service

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in HR, IE, Business, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and proactive.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with blue-collar workforce/HR/ops is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Hands-on and operationally driven.
