Responsible for timely review of employee employment contracts and maintaining employee numbers based on HO policy.
Implement a Performance Appraisal system (KPI and IMPACT System) to periodically evaluate employee performance (PTT and PAT) so that employee performance can be assessed against standards.
Ensure that labor relations issues are resolved effectively to maintain a positive work environment at the site.
Manage other general activities such as providing transportation, a canteen, office and mess facilities, clean water treatment, and laundry to enhance employee satisfaction.
In collaboration with security service providers, manage and implement an integrated security system at the Site to protect against criminal intrusions against both employees and company assets.
Manage monthly fuel procurement and control and report daily/monthly fuel usage.
Implement and execute the OHS Program to ensure the effectiveness of the HSE Program in the workplace with a target of No Lost Injury (LTI) and Zero Accident.
Qualifications
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HRGA roles with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and general affairs management.
