Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for timely review of employee employment contracts and maintaining employee numbers based on HO policy.
  • Implement a Performance Appraisal system (KPI and IMPACT System) to periodically evaluate employee performance (PTT and PAT) so that employee performance can be assessed against standards.
  • Ensure that labor relations issues are resolved effectively to maintain a positive work environment at the site.
  • Manage other general activities such as providing transportation, a canteen, office and mess facilities, clean water treatment, and laundry to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • In collaboration with security service providers, manage and implement an integrated security system at the Site to protect against criminal intrusions against both employees and company assets.
  • Manage monthly fuel procurement and control and report daily/monthly fuel usage.
  • Implement and execute the OHS Program to ensure the effectiveness of the HSE Program in the workplace with a target of No Lost Injury (LTI) and Zero Accident.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HRGA roles with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and general affairs management.
  • OP/POM, MS. OFFICE (Excel & Powerpoint), HR Professional.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HRIS and office management systems is an advantage.
