Job Description

Responsibilities

Design and implement employee training and development programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships between management and employees.
Handle conflict resolution and employee guidance.
Manage HR activities
Maintain staff discipline while keeping a positive work environment.
Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with performance and behavioral standards.
Develop HR policies tailored to a field-based transport operation.

Requirements

Preferably male, with high mobility (frequent travel between Surabaya and Probolinggo).
Experience in HR operations, ideally in logistics, transport, or manufacturing.
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management ability.
Skilled at balancing strict and flexible approaches in staff management.
Hands-on and comfortable with high interaction in the field.
Strong conflict resolution and people management abilities.
