Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships between management and employees.

Requirements

  • Preferably male, with high mobility (frequent travel between Surabaya and Probolinggo).
  • Experience in HR operations, ideally in logistics, transport, or manufacturing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management ability.
  • Skilled at balancing strict and flexible approaches in staff management.
  • Hands-on and comfortable with high interaction in the field.
  • Strong conflict resolution and people management abilities.
