Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth, workforce planning, and people strategies across digital, creative, and client service teams.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner in managing employee relations, performance management, engagement, and talent development within a fast-paced digital agency environment.
  • Support organizational changes, team expansion, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture programs that promote collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify capability gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, promotion, transfer, contract renewal, and offboarding.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesia labor regulations and company policies.
  • Utilize HR data and insights to support decision-making and improve employee experience.
