Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units, providing HR support and guidance on people-related matters.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and recommend HR solutions that support business objectives.
  • Manage employee movements, including promotions, transfers, rotations, and organizational changes, while ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and follow up on HR initiatives and processes with relevant HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Organizational Development.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Management Trainee Program, including sourcing, selection, assessment coordination, stakeholder management, and onboarding activities.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that support workforce and organizational decisions.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and workforce analyses for management and business leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and applicable labor regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), HR Generalist, or a similar role within a large-scale organization with a complex organizational structure and a workforce of more than 1,000 employees.
  • Proven experience in partnering with business leaders to manage workforce planning, employee movements, organizational changes, and the implementation of HR initiatives in collaboration with relevant HR functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with management and director-level stakeholders.
  • Proficient in analyzing HR data using Microsoft Excel and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
