Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units, providing HR support and guidance on people-related matters.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and recommend HR solutions that support business objectives.
Manage employee movements, including promotions, transfers, rotations, and organizational changes, while ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate and follow up on HR initiatives and processes with relevant HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Organizational Development.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Management Trainee Program, including sourcing, selection, assessment coordination, stakeholder management, and onboarding activities.
Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that support workforce and organizational decisions.
Prepare HR reports, presentations, and workforce analyses for management and business leaders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), HR Generalist, or a similar role within a large-scale organization with a complex organizational structure and a workforce of more than 1,000 employees.
Proven experience in partnering with business leaders to manage workforce planning, employee movements, organizational changes, and the implementation of HR initiatives in collaboration with relevant HR functions.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with management and director-level stakeholders.
Proficient in analyzing HR data using Microsoft Excel and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
