About the Role:

DACHIN is looking for a skilled and strategicHuman Resource Business Partner (HRBP)to align HR initiatives with business goals and support performance-driven growth across teams. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to lead performance management processes, enhance employee development, and ensure strong organizational alignment. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, people-centric communication, and HR operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources,or a related field.
  • Minimum1-2 years of experiencein HR, specifically inperformance managementor a related function.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
  • Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
  • Stronganalytical skillswith the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding ofKPI design,performance evaluation frameworks, andemployee developmentprocesses.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skillsfor effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • High attention to detail with excellentorganization and time managementskills.
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office(especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as astrategic partnerto business leaders by aligning HR practices with operational goals.
  • Providedata-driven HR insightsand recommendations to management.
  • Support and coordinatesuccession planning,career development, andtalent readinessinitiatives.
  • Handleemployee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Lead and support the fullperformance management cycle, including:
  • FacilitatingKPI settingandperformance evaluation criteriawith department heads.
  • Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of theperformance management system.
  • Coordinating performance reviews and ensuring timely execution across departments.
  • Analyzingemployee performance data, identifying trends, and preparing improvement reports.
  • Collaborating with HR and business leaders todevelop follow-up action plansbased on review outcomes.
  • Supporting initiatives to enhanceemployee engagement,productivity, andperformance culture.
