HRBP Manufacturing Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for plant/manufacturing management to align people strategy with business and operational objectives
• Partner closely with Plant Managers and manufacturing leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people-related decision making
• Manage industrial relations matters, including employee relations, labor union communication, disciplinary cases, and employment compliance
• Oversee manpower planning, workforce productivity, shift management, and workforce optimization initiatives
• Support performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs within the manufacturing area
• Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor regulations and internal company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Oversee plant-level HR operations, including payroll coordination, BPJS administration, mandatory training, and employee documentation

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with strong exposure in manufacturing, FMCG, agribusiness, or other labor-intensive industries
• Proven experience handling industrial relations, labor union matters, and employment law compliance
• Strong understanding of manpower planning, workforce management, and plant HR operations
• Experience in HR Business Partner, Plant HR, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR roles
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working closely with plant operations and actively engaging on the production floor
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing small to medium HR teams
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Willing to be based in manufacturing/plant area as required by the business
