This position will report directly to Group Head of HR Operations
HRBP Manager will lead the Talent Acquisition team to ensuring HR operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Talent Acquisition team to deliver end-to-end recruitment, including senior executive hiring.
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and provide consultative solutions.
- Develop employer branding initiatives and recruitment channels to attract top talent in the hospitality and service industry.
- Oversee HRBP responsibilities to ensure alignment between talent strategy and organizational needs.
- Execute and supervise daily HR operational activities.
- Support HR Business Units in meeting standardization and compliance with regulatory aspects.
- Provide HR data, reports, and insights to management for effective decision-making.
- Collaborate on HR initiatives such as workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 68 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven track record in Talent Acquisition and exposure as an HR Generalist.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment, including senior leadership/executive hiring.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, compliance, and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Strong understanding of HR business partnering and organizational dynamics.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and assessment methods.
- People-oriented, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta with potential travel to business units when required.
