Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to support our dynamic Sales team within the Retail and Personal Care industry. This role acts as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, ensuring alignment of people strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in core HRBP functions, with solid knowledge in Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), performance management, and talent development, particularly within a fast paced, sales driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering & Talent Strategy

• Serve as the strategic HR advisor to the sales leadership team, aligning HR initiatives with sales goals and company strategy.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent acquisition in alignment with the aggressive growth targets of the sales team.
• Partner with managers to identify talent gaps, succession plans, and career pathing for key sales roles.
• Support the implementation of sales incentive programs and performance frameworks.

Employee & Industrial Relations (ER/IR)

• Proactively manage employee relations matters including grievances, conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Handle termination processes in line with legal and company standards, ensuring minimal risk and high integrity.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain relationships with labor unions (where applicable), especially in field-based or store-level environments.
• Support in preparing and representing the company for IR matters, audits, or legal proceedings when required.

Performance & Culture

• Coach sales leaders on managing performance issues, improving team engagement, and driving a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Monitor sales team morale and engagement through feedback mechanisms, pulse surveys, and field visits.

Learning & Development

• Identify sales-specific training needs and collaborate with L&D to deliver relevant programs.
• Promote leadership development among front-line sales supervisors and regional managers.

HR Operations & Analytics

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and policy implementation.
• Leverage HR analytics and dashboards to provide insights into attrition, productivity, and engagement within the sales workforce.
• Partner with payroll, compensation, and benefits teams to ensure seamless support to the sales population.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, performance management, and talent development.
• Strong communication skill, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong experience managing performance review cycles, providing guidance on performance feedback, and driving employee development strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to influence business leaders and drive positive organizational change.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and performance management principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Available to start immediately.
