About the Role
This role plays a strategic and operational role in supporting a high-volume workforce by driving talent development, strengthening organizational culture, ensuring efficient recruitment, and maintaining effective labor and administrative governance. This role acts as a business partner to operational leaders, ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with performance targets, workforce engagement, and compliance standards. The position requires a hands-on HR professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing fast-paced operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a structured talent inventory system; lead the talent identification and selection process across business levels.
- Design and execute culture-building initiatives to strengthen employee alignment with company values and drive team cohesion.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of engagement projects, including budget management and performance impact evaluation.
- Lead internal communication enhancement efforts to improve top-down and bottom-up communication flow, fostering higher engagement and unity.
- Enhance recruitment process governance and improve local execution efficiency to support rapid business scaling.
- Establish proactive labor dispute handling mechanisms to minimize legal exposure and employee relations risks within the operations environment.
- Support management in resolving employee cases to ensure fair, compliant, and timely dispute management.
- Standardize and optimize administrative policies and SOPs, ensuring consistent implementation and operational discipline.
- Manage administrative budgets and cost optimization initiatives to ensure efficient resource utilization while maintaining service quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years supporting large-scale business units (500+ employees), preferably in telecommunication, customer service, collection, or sales-driven environments.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English proficiency. Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is an advantage.
- Strong results orientation, data-driven decision-making, structured thinking, and a high sense of ownership.
- Demonstrates integrity, transparency, collaborative mindset, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
