Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist HRBPs in day-to-day HR projects and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Support the preparation of HR reports, data analysis, and documentation.
  • Coordinate employee activities, surveys, and other related initiatives.
  • Assist in handling business partnering inquiries and basic HR administrative tasks.
  • Support HR initiatives such as performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Maintain and update HR records and documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and people management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
